Menuette, Op. 4

Join The Korner Pub and Menuette for an evening of thoughtfully composed dishes with beer pairing presented in three movements, by chef Christian Schulz and host Rebecca Nicholson. Menuette's goal is to present harmonious cuisine, in tune with the season and the bounty of the region. Open seating is available for ticket holders between 5:30 pm - 9:30 pm.

 

First course - Presto

Seared scallop, cucumber and miso broth, melon, buttered beans, sunflower tahini

 

Second course - Andante

Artichoke raviolo, bone marrow butter, tomato coulis, toasted hazelnut

 

Third course - Largo

sweet and crispy duck, fermented radish, cucumber melon puree, crispy fava beans

This is a 21+ event.
