Menuette, Op. 3
Join The Korner Pub and Menuette for an evening of thoughtfully composed dishes with beer pairing presented in three movements, by chef Christian Schulz and host Rebecca Nicholson. Menuette's goal is to present harmonious cuisine, in tune with the season and the bounty of the region. Open seating is available for ticket holders between 5:30 pm - 9:30 pm.
First course - Presto
Carrot croquettes, port and mushroom ragout, lovage salsa verde, fennel puree
Second course - Andante
Red snapper crudo, chilled carrot soup, pickled lovage stems, harissa, anise hyssop granita.
Third course - Largo
Braised short rib, carrot dumpling and fennel halusky, lovage demi
